One thing that always surprises me about the competition is their neglect to address equipment failures. Yes, equipment failures are rare and hopefully if your DJ buys quality computers and equipment this will not be a concern for you. 

We've heard that many of OUR COMPETITORS CHARGE EXTRA MONEY FOR BACKUP EQUIPMENT.  Really? My question to our competition is...You charge your customers extra money to ensure that your equipment works?

Do you have backup equipment onsite and redundant equipment in the event of an equipment failure?

What is the plan in the event any piece of equipment fails at the venue?

At Groovy Sound Productions, this is not an issue. We have a plan. We bring duplicate/backup equipment to the venue. In addition, we use brands like Pioneer, Mackie, QSC, Technics, Denon, Shure, Macbook Pro, and RANE.
